After you receive your apron or product from us, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact us immediately! We aim to make sure all of our customers are happy with their apron experience. We will do our best to accommodate all reasonable requests and provide a solution to any issue you may have. Our hope is that all experiences with our company will be pleasurable.
Please note that items that have been used/washed cannot be returned. As long as items are in original shape (and ideally in packaging), we’ll work with you to take them back! Also note that return authorization must occur within 10 business days of your order. We don’t want you to get stuck with an apron that you don’t like!
On our personalized aprons, we are unable to accept returns. On bulk orders, we always first place a sample in front of you to approve/confirm before we begin production. Our Apron Team works closely on all customized orders to ensure that you are satisfied before we embark upon actual production of your aprons. We do this because we are unable to process returns once we have embellished your aprons.
Lastly, if you purchased blank items from us and then altered them yourselves (screenprint, embroidered, or laundered), these items are also not returnable.
With that said, if you do happen to be one of those rare individuals who may need us to go that extra mile for you with a return, we are happy to do so. Below you will find the information you need to return your aprons to us.
